About Fake Reviews

I’m always amused by dental offices that feel they must resort to hiring an advertising service to “pepper” their online reviews with fake 5-star ratings. How can you tell? Well, it’s not always easy, however one way is to look for over-embellishing wording, and to compare with other reviews the same reviewer is posting to other businesses. It doesn’t always add up. Also, it’s always hard to believe that any business, especially a dental office can boast to have over 300 reviews, and all of them be perfect 5-star reviews! Yes, fake reviews can be bought! I just received an email offering me as many as 8 perfect 5-star reviews a month for a fee. Some businesses will even pay or sue the client to have a bad review removed. At Rite Now Dental, our reviews are always genuine, and posted by people who are real patients!
